Professional and extremely reasonable. He is always on time. The spray is kid and pet safe. It works phenomenally. We have treatments regularly and have not seen a critter in our home in over a month. I highly recommend him over the other more well known companies, especially considering he does not have contracts. He genuinely wants to help and cares for his customers. Definitely a 10/10.
